BELGRADE (BEG)

It is 19 km west of the city.There are several ways to get to downtown from Belgrade airport. JAT runs a shuttle bus between the airport and downtown Belgrade. Buses leave on the hour, every hour from 5am-9pm. The drive takes abour 30 minutes. Most Intercontinental hotels also operate a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For late flights into Belgrade, taxi is the only option. Be careful of taxi drivers waiting in the arrivals hall offering their service. Taxi drivers must use the taxi meter, don't allow drivers to negotiate a fare. The trip from the airport to downtown costs about 10 euros.
