Reach Montenegro by sea
Montenegro is connected with whole world by the Adriatic Sea.
There are regular ferries on routes: Bar-Bari, Bar-Ancona
There are regular car-ferry serbices between Bar and Bari and from the beginning of July until mid-Septembaer between Bar and Ancona. Ferries are operated by Montenegro Lines in Bar. There is at least one Bar-Bari sailing per day in high season and three per week in low season, generally leaving port at both ends at 22.00, arriving the next morning after an early breakfast, around 8.00. Ships leave Bar for Ancona on Wednesdays and Fridays at 16.00, arriving 8.00, returning the following day at the same times.
The Azzura Line started a service between Bari and Kotor in June 2005. They run two ferries a week at weekends between June and September. Ships have two- and four-berth cabins, with or without shower and WC, also airline seats.
Beside international transport there are domestic transfer on Lepetani-Kamenari route. The ferry service offers vehicles and travelers transport during the whole year.
